Dancers often focus on leading and following awesome moves, but the most connected and musical dances have smooth transitions between those ideas. We'll explore a variety of connections and transitions between them, and we'll use stretch and momentum in the partnership to make it flow. Learn to keep your groove on throughout each song without missing a beat!
